The magnificent woodwork  of the large reception room are reminiscent of the blond wood of the barrels, and it is no coincidence.  Acquired by Sylvie Cazes in 2019 and completely renovated by Bordeaux architect Philippe Ducos, the Les Folies de Chauvin apartments name is inspired by the second wine of Château Chauvin , Grand Cru Classé of Saint-Emilion and property of Sylvie Cazes and her children. A Bordeaux setting for all wine lovers, friends and partners of Château Chauvin, the apartments reflect the wines of the estate  : elegant and warm.
